Tell us the song, show, or moment that changed something.
Music has a way of finding us when we need it most. Share your real-life story about a song, album, playlist, artist, or live music experience that helped you through something, shifted your state of mind, or made you feel less alone.
Your story matters.
Music Is Mental Media collects real stories from people whose lives, moods, memories, and mental states have been affected by music. Maybe a song helped you survive a difficult season. Maybe a concert gave you a sense of connection again. Maybe an album helped you grieve, heal, move forward, or feel understood.
Your story does not need to be perfect. It just needs to be honest.
